EyeleveN, operated by DGTALIFY LLC, provides users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.

1. How to Request Deletion
Users may request data deletion by sending an email to privacy@eyeleven.com.
Include your account email and a brief description of your request.
2. Processing Time
- Requests are processed within 7–30 days
- Identity verification may be required
3. What Will Be Deleted
- Account data
- Personal information
- Stored communications (where applicable)
4. Exceptions
We may retain data where required for:
- Legal compliance
- Security and fraud prevention
- Financial record keeping
5. Confirmation
You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed.
