Data Processing Addendum
Effective date: April 20, 2026. This DPA applies to customer personal data processed by EyeleveN.
1. Roles
Customer acts as data controller. EyeleveN acts as processor for customer data handled through the platform.
2. Processing Instructions
EyeleveN processes data according to documented customer instructions, platform configuration, and applicable law.
3. Subprocessors
EyeleveN may use vetted subprocessors for infrastructure, messaging, AI inference, and payment operations with appropriate contractual safeguards.
4. Security and Breach Notification
EyeleveN maintains technical and organizational controls and will notify affected customers without undue delay upon confirmed data breach impacting customer data.
5. Return or Deletion
On termination and request, EyeleveN will support secure return or deletion of customer data in line with retention obligations.
